Starting in 2016, the launch edition of DAIRY INDUSTRY EXPO was organized in NDRI, Karnal. Basis on the industry feedback the event has been moved to Pune which is a hub for the dairy industry. The 3-day event is planned with various conferences and workshops to attract dairy farming and processing professionals from India and Abroad.

The increasing demand for quality milk and milk products in India makes it an attractive investment opportunity. But the dairy industry has to overcome several roadblocks before this challenge is met. The constraints that the industry faces begin at the animal rearing and management stage, which has a cascading effect on milk production and thereafter, milk processing and value addition, and the cold chain.

Hence, this 3-day event would act as an absolute platform for knowledge sharing, a showcase of new innovations and the latest technology, and business discussions.
