The collaboration aims to improve milk productivity, strengthen farmer incomes, and deliver high-quality dairy products tailored to luxury hotels.

The partnership will initially focus on supplying premium dairy products to luxury hotels, where demand for consistent quality, food safety, and reliable supply continues to grow.

Japan’s advanced dairy systems achieve around 40 kg of milk per cow per day, compared with an estimated 15 kg per cow per day in India.
Rather than replicating Japanese methods directly, the companies plan to customise feeding systems using local ingredients to improve nutrition, milk yield, and overall farm efficiency.

At a recent Premium Dairy Experience event held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru, the companies showcased Japanese-inspired dairy and matcha pastries, demonstrating the quality and consistency achievable through premium dairy ingredients.
