Karnataka’s Nandini to Roll Out AI-Based Product Counting Solution


Karnataka’s flagship dairy brand, Nandini, is set to introduce a new artificial intelligence (AI)-based product counting solution to enhance accuracy and efficiency in its operations. This move aligns with broader trends in the dairy sector, where technology adoption is gaining ground to improve quality, reduce errors and boost supply chain performance.

AI to Strengthen Operational Accuracy

Under the initiative, Nandini plans to use AI-enabled counting systems in its production and packaging units. The solution will leverage machine vision and AI-based counting algorithms that can identify and count products—such as milk packets, curd cups or dairy desserts quickly and accurately.
