Namaste India, the dairy arm of RSPL Group, has set an aggressive growth agenda for 2026, leveraging its consistent 15% annual growth trajectory over the past few years and expanding footprint across Northern and Eastern India. This growth comes amid rising consumer demand for affordable, high-quality dairy products, particularly in tier-2 cities and rural markets.
Over the years, the brand has achieved significant scale, with milk sales exceeding 200 million litres annually and a daily consumer reach of over 1 million households. Milk remains the company’s core category, but its product portfolio extends widely—from curd, lassi, chhach and paneer to UHT milk, dairy whiteners, milkshakes, flavoured milk, ice cream and ghee.
Operating across 11 Indian states, including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, West Bengal, Assam and Madhya Pradesh, Namaste India has entrenched itself in both metros and rural areas. Key cities in its operational map include Lucknow, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Varanasi, Noida and Rohtak, with Bihar emerging as a high-growth market.
The brand’s distribution strength is underpinned by over 1,005 distributors and access to nearly 1.5 lakh retail outlets, primarily through general trade. Notably, Namaste India is also gaining traction in modern trade and institutional channels, signalling a push towards premiumisation and broader consumer reach.
In the coming phase, Namaste India is targeting:
